Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By using Aztra, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Aztra Cloud POS services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
Aztra provides cloud-based point-of-sale software and related services ("Services") to help businesses manage their operations. Our Services include:
- Point-of-sale software and applications
- Inventory management tools
- Analytics and reporting features
- Customer support and maintenance
- Hardware integration and compatibility
User Accounts and Responsibilities
To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Using the Services only for legitimate business purposes
Payment Terms
Our pricing and payment terms are as follows:
- Monthly subscription: LKR 3,500 per month
- Annual subscription: LKR 35,000 per year (2 months free)
- One-time setup fee: LKR 45,000
- Payments are due in advance and non-refundable
- Late payments may result in service suspension
Data Ownership and Security
You retain ownership of all data you input into our system. We commit to:
- Maintaining industry-standard security measures
- Providing regular automated backups
- Not sharing your data with third parties without consent
- Allowing you to export your data at any time
- Complying with applicable data protection laws
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. However, we may occasionally need to:
- Perform scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
- Make emergency repairs or updates
- Temporarily suspend services for security reasons
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aztra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Services will cease
- You may export your data for 30 days after termination
- All outstanding fees become immediately due
- These terms will survive termination where applicable
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
